Wajid Ali

Wajid Ali is a PhD candidate in petroleum engineering at the University of Alberta with a strong interdisciplinary background in chemical engineering, water quality management, and academic leadership. He holds a master’s in advanced chemical engineering, with research centered on wastewater and produced water treatment. Alongside his studies, he has held several leadership roles, including senior residence assistant, NASA steward, and member of the General Faculties Council (GFC) and its Academic Appeals Committee. Previously, he served as a lecturer at the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar, Pakistan.
